1. Eat breakfast, even if it's not the first thing I do in the morning.
2. Wear my glasses more. Period.
3. Continue to focus on being present--everyday, everywhere.
4. Don't apologize for things that aren't my thing.
5. Swim. Draw. Be active in mind and body.
